I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin with 15 years of experience in the field and 10 years of clinical practice. Before earning my clinical license, I spent years working in general social work, giving me a grounded understanding of the real-world challenges people face including navigating schools, courts, the VA, and social service systems. That foundation, combined with clinical training rooted in CBT and Trauma-Informed Care, allows me to treat the whole person, not just a single concern.
I work with a wide range of clients, from children to older adults, on issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, family conflict, domestic violence, and more. I also have experience working with military Veterans and their families. Because people rarely come in with just one thing going on, I take a wholistic approach, drawing from multiple treatment styles to build a flexible, individualized plan that addresses all aspects of what you're experiencing.
As a small-town provider who is part of this community, I understand the courage it takes to ask for help. My goal is to make that step as easy as possible.
